Drag dock sections together to snap them into assembled groups. Drag accessories onto dock sections. Accessories must at least partially overlap a dock in order to attach to it.
To move an assembled group, use the selection tool by clicking on the background and dragging the selection box over the group to make the selection. Once your group is highlighted with a yellow border, drag the group to its desired new location.
To disconnect any item from a group, simply click and drag away the item.
To pan the background, click the hand icon located on the top menu (or space bar). Once clicked, your cursor will turn into a hand icon and allow you to click and drag the background to change your view. When you are done with the panning tool make sure to click on the hand icon on the menu to deselect that tool (or space bar). For touch screen devices, click the hand icon located on the top menu and tap and drag the background to your desired view.
To delete an individual component, place your cursor over the item or tap the item (if using a touch screen device) and click the red “x” at the top left of the item. You may also use the selection tool to select the items for deletion and simply hit the delete button on your keyboard.
To delete an entire assembled group, use the selection tool by clicking on the background and dragging the selection box over the group and to make the selection. Once your group is highlighted with a yellow border, hit the delete button on your keyboard or click or tap (touch screen devices) the group and hit the red “x” at the top of the item.
To use the Clone Tool, use the selection tool by clicking on the background and dragging the selection box over the item. Once the item is highlighted with a yellow border, click the icon with two squares on the top menu.
At any time, you can view a breakdown of the components you have selected with the “View Selected Items” option.
When you have finished configuring your dock, select “View Estimate” and provide us with your details and contact information.
This application also features an autosave feature, so you’ll never have to worry about losing your progress. The next time you open the app, you can simply resume where you left off.
To load a previously saved configuration, simply drag and drop your .DOCK file anywhere on the screen.
