At CanadaDocks, we are committed to ensuring the satisfaction of our customers.
We understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations or fit your application.
Therefore, we have outlined the following return policy.

First Steps:

  1. To initiate a return, please contact us at [email protected] or call 1-877-434-0359 to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Once you receive your RMA number, please securely package the item(s) and include a copy of the original receipt or proof of purchase.
  3. Mark the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package and send it to 3690 Adjala-Tecumseth Townline, Beeton, ON L0G 1A0, Canada.


Restocking Fee

In the event of a return, please be advised that a restocking fee, amounting to 20% of the original purchase price, will be imposed. This fee is necessary to cover the processing, inspection and handling of returned items.


Return Shipping

For a return to be processed, the item in question must be sent back to CanadaDocks at the following address: 3690 Adjala-Tecumseth Townline, Beeton, ON L0G 1A0, Canada. Please note that the cost of shipping for returns will be borne by the purchaser. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe and documented delivery of your returned item. Original shipping costs will not be refunded, unless the original shipment was in error, or a product is defective and being replaced. Be sure to package the item appropriately according to the packaging requirements by your selected shipping courier. CanadaDocks is NOT responsible and will NOT reimburse for products that are damaged or lost in transit when shipped back.


Return Packaging

To qualify for a return, products must be returned in their original packaging, inclusive of all hardware, parts, and accessories. Additionally, a copy of the original receipt must accompany the returned items to facilitate the process. This ensures the products are in a condition suitable for restocking and resale.



CanadaDocks adheres to a strict policy regarding returns. We are unable to accept any items for return that show evidence of installation or usage, either in water or out of water.



Upon receipt and thorough inspection of the returned items, CanadaDocks will initiate the refund process. Please note that refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. This procedure is conducted to ensure the accuracy and security of the refund process.

Prompt communication allows us to swiftly address and rectify any issues with your order, ensuring your satisfaction with your purchase.
